We wanted to start season 3 off with a bang – SO WE SHAVED OUR HEADS! Just kidding, only Kristen did that and she obviously looks amazing. But why did she do it? Yes, there was a reason for it and we go into the why and how Alene helped in the process. And with this being our first episode back in the new year, we discuss new years resolutions and how we currently set them and limiting beliefs and why it's so important to share them with your loved ones.
